Dance and Stuff

Recommended by Isabel Von der Mühll, Donor Relations Manager: This is one of the most substantive dance podcasts out there. They get into deeper conversations about artistic theory and practice that are really illuminating, and it’s also hilarious. It is hosted by performance artist Jack Ferver and Reid Bartelme who is the costume designer for most of Justin Peck’s works including Rodeo: Four Dance Episodes and they both really know what they are talking about.

Get Psyched for Sports with Dr Patrick J Cohn

A sports psychology, mental toughness and mental training podcast with the aim of helping athletes, coaches and sports parents reach peak performance. Recommended by Samatha Galler, Soloist: It’s interesting to hear mental health strategies with different types of athletes in mind to boost performance and confidence.

Recommended by Mike Sebesto, Company Manager: If you’re a fan of The Office TV show I highly recommend this podcast. Jenna Fischer (Pam) and Angela Kinsey (Angela) re-watch the series and talk about deleted scenes, behind the scenes facts, filming, etc. It’s fairly new so easy to catch up on.
